Holiday Home Tour 09

Well, the decorating was finally complete! This weekend we had our Holiday Home Tour to benefit some wonderful friends in their adoption of a sweet boy from Ethiopia. There were three houses on the tour and we were blessed to be one of them. We had MANY visitors and had just a fabulous time! We raised enough money for the family to complete their home study and get their adoption off to a great start!

It was really fun to get the house all decorated up and actually have people over to enjoy it! My friends were all wearing aprons and they told me I should too. Well, I caved to peer pressure and purchased a cute little apron. I'm not sure I'm the "Apron Type" I think I missed that generation...but it was really fun to get all "Susie'd up"...you know, "Miss Susie Homemaker" I even had heels on...just needed the vacuum and I'd been ready for the good ole 50's home maker! :) Okay...side tracked...Here are some pics of the house...
