River Run 2010
Today Miss Rascal and I enjoyed a great time at the River Run. I did the 10K....finished 1:03 and was pretty okay with that. After having a back injury this winter and really wondering if I was going to be able to run I was pretty pleased. Miss Rascal did an AWESOME job in the 2 mile finishing in around 21 minutes! I was so proud of her!! It's always such a fun experience and atmosphere down there...saw lots of familiar faces!

for all of you that want to know, i dont look happy when i sprint! Randa, didnt get my picture the first time, so i jumped on out there and ran a little bit more by her so she could get a pic. and i was laughing.
