Just what I needed, I 24 hour, TIME OUT! Time out from Nolan, John, my house cleaning, my life to just BE with my Almighty God and my girlfriends. A couple of girls from church heard the call and planned a retreat for the women of our church. WHAT FUN! The speakers, the testimonies, the praise band, the food, the campfire, the smores, the CHOCOLATE, the laughter and the tears, you name it they had it, all except the tortillas!! (inside joke) We even had an impromptu ZUMBA class at 1 AM!! It was a blast!! To take the time to reconnect with the Lord and to dig into His word and listen to the calling He has laid before you was such an amazing experience! Reality started again about 4 PM and it was so nice to be missed by my boys! A special thank you to Megan for helping out with her little brother while I was re-energizing! :)
