HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOLAN!

Saturday the 6th our boy turned 2! I can't believe he is two already!  I remember the day that little precious boy was born.  What a blessing he has been to our lives and our family.  He is such a fun kid and we cherish every day with him.  

I meant to post earlier but Saturday was FILLED to the brim with activities and today mommy slept all day and daddy, Luke and Heather were in charge of Nolan.  

Saturday morning Nolan woke up to a BALLOON filled kitchen thanks to my nieces Hannah and Lily.  He LOVED getting them off the walls and playing all morning/day/evening with the balloons.  He finally popped all of them this evening so they are all gone.  :)

THEN, Nolan got to open his presents from mommy and daddy and papa and gigi.  He got a loader truck with LOTS of noise and a Lightening McQueen race track from papa and gigi.  We'll be sure to take the loader to papa and gigi's every time we go. :)  It's really cute and fun though.  

From us he got a McQueen tent which he LOVES a few other things AND....

An ARCTIC CAT TRUCK, which he calls a mower! :)  He LOVES it.  He knew right what to do with the pedal.  Just like mom, the pedal was to the medal at all times!  Papa was getting a little nervous about him hitting his truck but all was good.  He kept wanting it to be in the grass, as it's a mower, however it was so wet he kept getting stuck. :)  He's just FLOOR it to get it to go.  TOO MUCH FUN!!!

From here, we took a nap and got ready for the party at the park.  It rained all morning so we were working on the back up plan.  BUT, the weather cleared, it was cool but a great day for a party at the park. 

A friend of mine took pictures at the park so we're still waiting to get those.  I'll post more as we get them!!  It was a great 2nd birthday for Nolan!! :)
